1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OpenClaw Server Hosting ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

OpenClaw Server Hosting provides managed deployment and hosting of OpenClaw AI chatbot software. We deploy OpenClaw to your own server infrastructure and provide ongoing management and updates.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and billing information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with the terms of service of your cloud provider
• Comply with messaging platform policies (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
• Use the Service in accordance with applicable laws
• Not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

You are responsible for providing valid API keys for AI services (Anthropic, OpenAI) and messaging platforms. Usage of these services is subject to their respective terms and pricing. We are not responsible for charges from third-party providers.

5. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for service interruptions.

8. Data and Privacy

For self-hosted deployments, your conversation data remains on your own infrastructure. We do not access or store your chat messages. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your account information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenClaw Server Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
